Mr. Allan Guyet:
Director
Florida Energy Office
Thanks for the opportunity to bring you up to date on my technology. We have been in the steel cutting combustion business since 1968. Our Flamex product
is used and sold by most of the major propane companies, for welding supply
industry, as an energy enhancer for propane and natural gas. The product is available in the US, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, and in the Far East through
our Taiwan dealer for China and Japan. Our technology enabled Chrysler to eliminate
stress-relieving ovens in the Lima, Ohio plant and cut the steel for the Abrams tank.
While researching to find a more efficient energy wavelength to transfer heat into the exotic new metals I found that with a few parts per million I
could control the surface tension of the H20 during oxidation. In 1974 I hired a Dr. Yokum from Stuart Labs and Professor Tiffin from the UF and
presented the technology to members of the Science Academy in Washington D.C.
I was advised I would have to give up proprietary rights to receive Government funds for further development. I had invested almost a million
dollars and was sure of the technology so I continued on my own. I employed Dr. Richard Schneider R.T.S. labs to evaluate my further research. He
confirmed the phenomena. The test showed and increases in thermal values in hydrocarbon fuels and much cleaner combustion. After being rejected by some
of the petroleum companies. I had test run by EPA approved Labs. The test confirmed that the technology dramatically reduced pollution and increased
mileage.
The EPA Washington people have been at odds for many years. Their pollution test for vehicles is conducted with Endoline. I feel that this was
unintentually or intentually spiked to stop anyone from affecting the molecules of the hydrocarbons. The US Air Force labs confirmed this to me.

I think our Florida DOT test says it all we saved 12.19% of the fuel equate that to Florida’s 20.8 million gallons per day we would save 2,535,520
gallons per day or 924,464,800 per year. This is without change in the supply infrastructure. We have thousand of users like this Florida state

Having participated in the FDOT RxP trial program in our fleet vehicles, I
tried out RxP in my personal vehicle, a 1990 Volvo 780 (4-cyl turbo, 115,000
miles.) I added 1/2 bottle to about 15-17 gallons of gas at refills. My gas
milage for 3 bottles (6 tankfuls) increase by about 25% (16+/- mpg to 20+/-
mpg) using the additive. Needless to say, I was very pleased.
